Randy Gregory Agrees With Cowboys
Randy Gregory backs out of big-money deal with Cowboys, agrees to terms with Broncos
Veteran protective end Randy Gregory's re-visitation of the Dallas Cowboys has apparently self-destructed.
Per Vic Lombardi of Altitude TV, Gregory is marking with the Denver Broncos. Mike Garafolo noticed it's a similar arrangement he was set to sign with Dallas for quite a long time and $70 million.
ESPN's Adam Schefter announced those terms before and said Dallas was giving him $28 million ensured.
Gregory was set to return to the Cowboys and receive around $13 million per season.
It's because of the Cowboys' front office and a last-minute attempt to change the terms of what was already agreed upon.
The Cowboys selected Gregory in the second round of the 2015 draft, and the team has been committed to him despite several suspensions.
